The CETL has many services and opportunities for graduate students (and, usually, postdocs*) at UC Davis:
- Sign up on our graduate student and postdoc listserv. We will notify you of teaching-related events, opportunities, and deadlines.
- Get a personalized consultation on your teaching (same as tab above).
- Learn about teaching events and other opportunities on campus (same as tab above).
- Find out how to grade Scantron forms or run Scantron evaluations (same as tab above).
*Note to postdocs and staff members who do not instruct courses at UC Davis
The CETL is funded solely through undergraduate fees, and our mission is, therefore, to improve the quality of instruction for undergraduates at UC Davis. That said, it is common for the CETL to run workshops and other events wherein additional participants who may not currently be teaching UC Davis undergraduates are still welcome, and their perspectives can enrich the dialogue. Unless our event is at capacity, we encourage UC Davis postdocs and staff to attend our events.
