Department-initiated evaluations

Many departments take advantage of the speed and accuracy of having the departmental teaching evaluations in a Scantron format. If your department is not using Scantrons for student evaluations, it probably should be!

Contact Barbara Mills at bjmills@ucdavis.edu or phone 752-7995. We will explain how Scantron evaluations can save your department time and money, and we can also help with developing and formatting questions.

Each quarter the department will receive a summary of student responses for each course, showing an average of student responses to each item, in addition to a complete breakdown of student opinion.
